Sustainability
About the conference
Most international conferences are carbon and resource intensive. Our goal is to organise a conference that will be more sustainable.
The entire conference will be streamed online. We are doing our best to provide you with an online experience that will be comparable to attending the event on-site so that the conference is both more sustainable and more inclusive.
Travel
If you are attending the conference in person, we would like to encourage you to travel by train if possible and use our amazing public transportation when in Prague.
Catering
As for the catering, all food will be vegetarian with vegan options and we would like to encourage you to bring your own water bottle – there will be plenty of drinking water in the venue.
Individual programmes
We won’t be printing individual programmes by default but they will be available online or upon request. All the details and information will be disseminated digitally and the only material object you will receive from us will be a conference badge made out of recycled paper and a biodegradable string.
